We are happy to calculate what you need, the cost, and even help you design your tile project. Just send us your tile preferences and the measurements of each area, and we'll do the rest!

You can call, fax, email, or snail-mail measurements, color swatches, or photos of your area ... whatever it takes to provide you with the perfect design for your home.

QUALITY: We adhere to very high quality standards in our hand painted and sculpted tiles. All tiles are individually made and slight differences are inherent in this technique.

COLOR MATCHING: We offer free color matching for all tile orders.

COLOR SAMPLES: Color sample packets are available by color groups. You can view these in our Color Library. You can "check them out" at $25 (plus S&H) per packet. If you return them within two months (undamaged), we will refund the packet price.

LEAD TIME: Lead time is 1-2 weeks unless otherwise specified. If you choose a faster shipping method (such as 2nd Day UPS), it does not mean your tiles will be ready any sooner, only that the shipping time will be faster.

CUSTOM HANDPAINTED TILE: Prices for custom designed hand painted tiles are based on the intricacy of the design. Prices are as marked.

CUSTOM SCULPTED TILE: Custom sculpted tile prices can vary according to size and design. Contact us with your ideas for details.

CATALOG: Although all of our tiles are best represented on this web site, you can order catalogs for $20 each.

SHIPPING OPTIONS: Unless otherwise instructed, we ship UPS Ground. The customer pays shipping and handling costs.

PLACING ORDERS: The most secure way to place your order is via our website. If you'd prefer to contact us to place your order, feel free to do so. Please do not email your credit card information.

RETURNS: Tiles cannot be returned as they are glazed to order. However, if damage occurs during shipment, or they are found to have a defect, they will be replaced. Please contact us for specific instructions and do not return any tiles until UPS/USPS has had a chance to inspect the damage.
