- Return Policy
- Tiles cannot be returned as they are glazed to order. However, if damage occurs during shipment, or the tiles are found to have a defect, they will be replaced. Please contact us for specific instructions and do not return any tiles until UPS has had a chance to inspect the damage.
- Miscellaneous
- We adhere to very high quality standards in our hand-painted and handmade ceramic tiles. All tiles are individually made and slight differences are inherent in this technique. We do not seek to produce the precise sameness of mass-produced tiles.
